Glocacity
Is the capacity to manage and incorporate local and global dimensions. Glocacity expresses the capacity to unite simultaneously local actions in a global perspective, and, vice versa, global action with local perspectives. In so doing, glocacity is a key factor for subsidiarity and to manage complex systems, for instance an ecosystem. Born in the entrepreneurial culture, glocacity underlines the capacity to balance expected uniformity and diversity, for instance actions and products concerning market globalisation with specific local variations for every local market.
