Problem solving
Some basic components are necessary in order to solve problems, for instance:
  • capacity building to have a systemic vision that favours to understand links, interdependencies between parts – components of the examined phenomenon
  • elaboration of a methodology that distinguishes aspects and techniques already known from those necessary to acquire new knowledge
  • leaning and utilisation of new ways of thinking
  • collection of information useful to apply the above methodology summary of relevant information in order to define alternative scenarios that are easily perceivable
  • comparison between the scenarios utilising creativity and intuition techniques
  • elaboration of a main scenario supported by coherent indicators able to promote change
  • translation of the scenario in expected results and monitoring indicators
  • experimentation and evaluation of the results
