Privacy Statement Personally identifiable information is subject to the EU Directives concerning personal data, privacy and electronic communications, namely Directive 2002/58/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 July 2002 concerning the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector and Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 October 1995 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data. The processing of data will be made as follows: personal data collected and stored in databases, are handled by the owners of Studio Ricerche Sociali, Bibbiena (AR) Italy. 3. The provision of data is optional and the refusal to provide such data has no consequence but to not take advantage of the above-mentioned services (point 1) offered by the network SRSystems. 4. The data will not be communicated to other parties, nor will be disseminated. 5. Responsible for data processing is: Studio Ricerche Sociali, Centro Terrossola n. 62, I-52011 Bibbiena (AR), Tel 0575.531443, e-mail: srs@srseuropa.eu, which will use such data for the above-referred purposes (point 1). 6. Responsible for data processing is Filippo Strati, co-owner of the above-mentioned Studio Ricerche Sociali. 7. At any time, you can exercise your rights towards the responsible for data processing, under Article .7 of the Italian law No 196/2003, which for your convenience is reproduced in full (see below the Italian text).
