Vision, Missions and Results
Vision is a clear image of what the future should look like (‘where we want to go’, ‘what we will be like when we get there’). Vision provides clarity of purpose to the organisation’s missions (‘why it exists?).

Missions translate the organisation’s values in behaviours and actions of all its components: ‘what it is meant to be involved in and with’, ‘how we operate, on a day-by-day basis, to pursue our vision’, ‘what are we here to do together’.

Missions empower and help people to define, monitor and evaluate results and impacts in a flexible way but strongly orientated towards the vision.
